There are some teams that enjoy while working and some that just work with no regard to social life. It's really luck-dependent where you are given a position. If you land in the latter it can be hard finding your place in the team or the company in general. But some teams do give importance to work-life balance.

Cons

Low gender diversity, low linguistic or cultural diversity. Very low on inclusion. No mentor/buddy system for newcomers. Low anonymity with reviews given to HR. No importance is given to maintaining anonymity of employer.
