Awesome company to work for within semiconductor engineering

Cons

Too many policies to follow, slow or no response from management, very limited to no support from other cross functional groups, multiple levels of unnecessary approvals are required for simple project

Pros

The technology is amazing, there are many challenges to face. They have good benefits, the stock purchase plan is excellent.

Cons

My boss was actually angry with me for doing something that would help the whole software group, because it was not on my goals. Goals are more important than productivity or innovation. They are cutting down on the ability to work from home, they want to be able to monitor you better.

Pros

great promising technology. good employees. healthy stock prices. you will learn a lot from other individuals. Location is good. Overall an OK company

Cons

management style has really take a nose-dive since about 2008 or so. The work culture of trust is gone, and micro management is the new mantra of everyone.
