Pros

They are always implementing innovative cutting edge technology. There are several very good resources to increase your technical skills and abilities.

Cons

If you do not go out socializing and partying on the weeknights and weekends with fellow employees, there will probably be no room for advancement for you.

Great place to work for if the environment was not so insecure

Pros

You get to work with a great group of smart people. Great benefits and flexibility of work hours. Great technology to work with.

Cons

Low morale and with small layoffs every quarter, there is a lot of insecurity. Too frequent reviews with goals and achievements measured purely on numbers.
