      -work env good -comp is good

      Cons

      -less communication -less learning -new team, which is less experience as compare to HQ people. -isolated groups, less discussion between groups

      Casual work environment. Low requirement of time. Engineers do not seem to be very stressed. Bosses aren't too strict on time.

      Cons

      Food is not great in the cafeteria. Company itself seems to lack a solid plan. Some engineers are not very competent.
