      Programmable logic has great potential. Management's vision is starting to materialize.

      Cons

      Low morale, repeated layoffs are taking there toll. Management is relying on recession to keep existing employees from leaving.

      Very uncertain future for many employees given recent job cuts The cuts don't seem fully justifiable. Constantly demanding increased performance
