      Pros

      Still one of the best cultures of any company in the valley The basic value proposition of the technology is good and getting better The company is successful financially New management had a lot to do to bring Xilinx into alignment with market realities. This was really tough medicine for the company to swal There seems to be a renewed focus on applications and customers

      Definitely more work and more scrutiny on everything People remember fondly and wish for the utopia of the late 90s Slow growth is getting people down but this is true elsewhere in the valley and in the US
