Xilinx was once a great Company with great technology, but that is no longer the case, it has lost its way.

Cons

management has little understanding of the markets the Company is trying to engage. Senior leadership is weak. The Company is experiencing roadmap chaos and has lost its direction.

Victor Peng is a slave to Wall Street. Expect compulsory vacation as a cost saving measure, and slashed bonuses while dividends are increased
