      Pros

      Still has good products that good people built in the past. Big beast, will take time to die. Makes solid profits due to established business ties.

      Cons

      The software division has become a circus. SIPD means "Software Intern Pampering Division'. Reading the reviews here, I see that interns like it here. Sure, they will find their friend interns, twice or thrice their age, all over the management ranks. You will see them riding on real workers everywhere. There are hundreds of them, can't miss it. If you have seen the movie Jumanji, you will know what I mean. These things reflect in the poor quality next gen software being shipped out with much fanfare. No one has a clue what they are doing, and have no experience writing customer oriented software. Even when you tell them,they can't undestand the issues. Now, you pray that there will really be some Jumanji.
