Pros

- Friendly and supportive team members. Everyone is always ready to help - Flexible work hours - Health of team members and their families is given priority which is a big plus for me - Management is receptive to feedback and addresses them - No micromanagement - Your manager keeps your best interests in mind and tries to ensure that you're working on things which you like - Good performance is always appreciated and there's ample room for learning & growth - Frequent game nights, movie nights. Team lunches every 2 weeks. Due to the pandemic, we do virtual team lunches instead - Xolaversary gifts! Celebration with donuts, cakes and more on birthdays / 1st day of a new team member / your 1st feature gets shipped or any other occasion you can think of :P - Month long workations!

Pros

- You are always given a chance to pitch in your ideas - Encourages you to learn more and aquire new skills - Never misses to Acknowledge your good work - Very cool and skilled Managers - Welcomes you with Doughnuts on your joining day - Located right next to Metro station so commuting is easy - Game nights every week - Never misses to celebrate you Xolaversary and Birthdays - Workations - Team lunch biweekly - We have One of coolest team - Very less micromanagement atleast from my perspective - Encourages you to keep fit and healthy - Xola is one of the coolest place to work

Cons

I can still go on with the pros but really have to think a lot to look for cons. - Time to move to a new office space - Compensation and Appraisals are good but can be better
