      - Good snacks so you have no reason to take a break from selling

      Cons

      - No offices with windows - Not enough bathrooms - Impossible to take a day off even with notice - Expected Overtime - Unfit management. Lack of qualifications - No proper training for management or employees - Verbally abusive management

      If you have any sense, do not work here as a data scientist. There is limited career mobility, upward advancement, and you work under directors that are not competent (ask the one with a phd in public policy if they know what an ROC AUC is lol).
