Fully remote with decent benefits was great.

Cons

- Upper management is very disconnected. - HR team was unresponsive. - Throw you in the deep end and hope you swim approach - So much going on so fast that there are constant internal delays because of how much each person is doing - very minimal onboarding training - Lack of accountability from most employees - Shareholder focused

Pros

Working in sales here has been a wild ride. Honestly, the best part is feeling like you're selling something that's actually cool and useful. The tech they've got is seriously impressive, and seeing how it helps customers get their parts made faster is pretty satisfying. The team's awesome too...everyone's super supportive, and you never feel like you're in it alone.

Cons

I'd have to say the sheer speed of everything. Sometimes, it feels like you're trying to drink from a firehose, just because things change and move so quickly. But honestly, that's just the price you pay for being part of a company that's really going places.
