      Pros

      Xometry is more of a medium-size company overall but definitely still has that startup spirit. I really like that aspect, however, I know that's not for everyone. Great product, wonderful and smart colleagues, good benefits including FTO, and I really like that we are innovative at our core.

      Cons

      Some long hours but this is what you have to do at most companies.

      Pros

      Teamwork is tip top. Friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Commission structure is fluid and often misunderstood. Expect to work 50 + hours to be successful in this role. Critical C-Level missteps have placed company in a downturn. ( Q4 -2022) resulting in multiple layoffs and threat of more to come within 2023-2024.
