Pros

they always had snacks after a certain amount of time they give you stock in the company employee referral bonus was large Pay was good, company picnic was catered and they took care of you well

Cons

The transition from the day shift to the night shift was disorganized but when I began working they had just added the night shift. Management was nice but a little uptight at times.

More accounts and leads than can keep up with Most customers want to talk to you Unlimited things to sell, no cap on commission Learn something new every day

Cons

Not always easy, you have to want to learn a new way of selling things Start up mentality leads to a lot of change, some good, some bad, seems like they try to always make good change though Sales has outgrown operations, need more operations help quoting and updating customers
