      * Good working environment with supportive technical teams. * Healthy work-life balance with minimal work pressure. * Friendly colleagues and opportunities to learn. * Management of technical projects and delivery teams is generally good.

      Cons

      Limited availability of new and challenging projects. * Recent management changes and policy updates have negatively impacted the work culture. * HR and RMG processes need significant improvement. * Policies are sometimes applied inconsistently, leading to different experiences for different employees. * While the technical teams are a strong point, some non-technical functions have contributed to employee dissatisfaction and affected the overall work environment.

      It’s been a few months for me here in Xoriant . Coming from a premier company I see the Xoriant has a good work life balance, project availability and employee friendly policies. Hybrid work culture is a plus
