      Pros

      Good HR culture and practices. Open and healthy environment . Generally project team size is small and hence one gets an opportunity to learn and exercise all the stages of projects life cycle.

      Cons

      Project management and/or maintenance is at times a havoc. Due to smaller team size, there is no proper hierarchy in the team and all the power lies in one hand (I hope you can think about the consequences).
