      Pros

      work life balance, no work pressure.

      Cons

      no work ethics, NO hr policies in place. poor induction and orientation. management has no clarity on what happens on grass root level. Poor integrity policy. If the employee is getting business it doesn't matter how your conduct is. Management wastes money on hiring resources that are not required. HR is not at all helpful and helps learning / retaining their existing employees.

      Pros

      As a first company, great flexibility to choose and work on projects and technologies. Get a chance to learn a lot. Management is very friendly and approachable

      Cons

      Sometime project teams are not well structured and you may end up in a team where everyone is not good at coding. This puts a lot of pressure on the remaining team members. Projects often have mis-management in terms of requirement gathering and timeline. Some project leads are no good with no technical prowess which hampers project execution.
