      Worst Senior Management with bad processes

      Pros

      - Working hours - 7 hours 30m minutes - Work from home (depending on your reporting manager) - Employee friendly HR, Finance and Sysnet(Network) teams - If you adulate to higher management even your reporting manager you will get position as well visas etc

      Cons

      - Worst higher management people into recent grown project - Not able to deploy onsite (US) even candidates are having visas even though candidate do have latest technologies like DevOps, AngularJS etc and after one year of stamping - Lack of good projects and senior resources - Bad processes into management like big project

      Pros

      Great working environment for those who don't have any other options- end of the world and this would be the last company to work, approachable management for shoe lickers, Don't you dare to make any suggestions to management they don't listen but they'll make sure next time you would not make any such attempts. Worst part- higher management is all fake and friendly. there interest comes first then company. Worst cafeteria, not even a sitting space for 15 people.

      Cons

      Dirty politics and favorite politics, fake management, No one gives a damn when you join and when you leave. people worked for years and management kicked them in a day. not a good place to stay.
