      Pros

      Full entertainment, with money back guarantee, excellent characters. The only good thing right now happening is Mr. Arun Tendulkar. Sir you Rock. Unnecessary negativity is spread about you. Please recognize the person, cannot put the name here. All the previous about you here are all manufactured and given out of biases.

      Cons

      Support function heads need to accept more responsibility. India Finance Department are the best under the leadership of AB, keep up the good work guys. Rest all Sucks.

      Wfh policy is good. Free bus service.

      Cons

      Worst HR. HR is just puppet in the hands of management, don't have their opinion, just copy paste from managers. Managers are not just bol bachan and no real talent, most focus is on resource management then Project management. Most project are client driven and manager is just dummy. Tech people have no growth in the company, only bol bachan people grows and go up. Some managers are only qualified to speak English and no talent. All projects are moving to Pune so joining Mumbai office is a big risk. Unnecessary cost cutting.

      Pros

      Many small projects with wide spectrum of technologies. Might get chance to work and learn new technologies through corporate training. Salary is pretty competitive. Timings are pretty flexible depending on your project.

      Cons

      Company policies are only on paper as your work hours and work life balance completely depends on your manager or lead. Tech leads are more about micro management than technical guidance
