      Work-life balance is ok. Nothing much to say positive about it.

      Cons

      No career growth. No benefits. No bonus. No interaction with the employees. No message to employees about company's goals, targets, values, etc.

      Pros

      Work culture is very good. Can avail Work from Home, in case of any emergency. HR very friendly. was able to upgrade my skills.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better. more projects need to come up as many people on bench or in-house project.

      Pros

      Good HR policies. I would say the best in industry. HR guys are always accessible. Very good work life balance. They have good work from home options. They have a very open door policy. Even a fresher can directly go to VP and have a chat with him. Good technical work. Developers who work in Xoriant gets to work on complete SDLC very early. They have bus facilities covering maximum areas in Mumbai and it free.

      Nothing that I could think of.
