      Pros

      Good office and an organisation structure exists

      Cons

      They donot follow the terms of their own appointment letter.As soon as their project goes slow they terminate the services without even paying the salaries .Also HR Department staff are rude and donot even acknowledge your mails when you ask for your unpaid salaries.

      1. Lack of big projects 2. If they can't find work in your technology, you'd have to self-learn and move to other technology. No bonus points for that.
