Good Salary Good Worklife Balance The location is good. Infrastructure is fine. You will find good and varied technical people - But complaining about work.

Cons

No Transition between teams. Once Project is over you are on the bench and all politics will fall in. Management does not respect your opinions or ignore you. Too Much Client Driven. No Xoriant control over it. You will find good and varied technical people - But complaining about work.

Good amount of fun activities

Pathetic management hierarchy, particularly in Pune. Managers having no technology insights. Lack of technology leadership. Non-functional HR(I see lot of fake reviews though, probably HR is busy doing that).None of the employee issues are addressed. Very high attrition rate. Many people sitting idle, becoming Carrom and TT champions.Don't get enticed by the good compensation provided. All in all, this organisation is a carier spolier. .

Good perks and salary. Cab service available. Some can get onsite opportunity with the client in US/Japan.

Cons

Quality of work is primitive. work culture is MEDIEVAL. Kolkata location is client location, so no contact with the main office at all except through phone or mail. though cab is available , it's only for some handful of people. Politics is prevalent over good ethics.
