Every is bad in their no single point to say good. If you billable than no issue. Before coming to branch you will understand real situation.

Pros

Pros are only if you are in a project, they treat you good Friendly teammates , managers. Salary comes on time.

Cons

Worst is Hr and talent management group They force you to resign if you are not in project for just 30 days. No job security, they treat you worst when ur in bench. There is no bench policy also mentioned anywhere in portal, but they say its their policy somewhere written ( only in their mind).
