Pros

Work culture: Lots of activities, good people around Worklife balance: 8 hours, with no particular shift start/end timings Salary and appraisals: Most competitive I saw in any services company, you are talking about at par or more that what 'a switch' will give you. And everything is fixed, no variable. Your work is appreciated/valued on various levels Some projects/clients follow startup culture All of the above may vary depending on projects and line managers.

Cons

If you stuck on a bench, or aligned to a project but don't have a work assigned, then it will be difficult to get new role matching your existing skill sets or tech stack. You may end-up doing nothing for 2-3 months if you are a fresher. Once you are assigned though, then its great overall. Previously they had 24 leaves, no classifications. But now they divided everything in complex casual/paid/no paid structure just like every other organization. Weekend/night work, if assigned (rarely), often don't follow any defined process for comp-off / add-on allowance, you have to take manual follow up with your manager or HR. Personal cry: 'Timesheet' it's so much crappy, overall, it's not fluid, seems to be put together using pieces. It seems there was no UX designer involved in some UI decision making. Plus, IT straight up doesn't work in smartphone or if it does then you can only view/edit today's details. All of the above may vary depending on projects and line managers.

Pros

Working hour(7 hours) Personal life balance

Cons

Bench policy was not good. Once you come to bench ,they never assigned to you to the project. I have seen many good skills developer are on bench more then 6 month. They will hire new one, but don't give opporchunity to bench person. Manager also do internal politics. They will remove you from project and add to there developer.
