Yikes. In all honesty that’s pretty rough. This doesn’t give us much to go on, but if you’re still with us, will you please talk to us about what has made this a one-star experience for you? That’s a far cry from the employee experience we want to provide, and we would be eager for the opportunity to address your concerns. Let us make this better.

Pros

Good learning experience, somewhat room for growth

Cons

Lots of favoritism, no respect for Technicians, lots of communication issues, some engineers have no experience working with high voltage batteries but some how are working here, if your not an engineer or a certain racial group then you don't matter, parking is horrendous, most people feel more superior towards Technicians

All of our people matter to us, and to hear that anyone feels a lack of respect in our workplace is a big problem. Favoritism, discrimination, and superiority are not okay. We will actively and aggressively work to change that. We hope you stayed with us, and if so, will you please talk to us about this? Technicians are the lifeblood of this company! We want to make Xos the best it can be, and your input is invaluable. P.S. You’re right! The parking at HQ was terrible. :( Cheers to our new HQ, with plenty of parking!

Fast moving company with knowledgeable people. People are respectful and easy to work with.
