Talented people working together to make clean trucks look good

Long runway, this industry is at the initial stages of a longterm "overhaul" Challenging work that makes an immediate impact Great people who help each other

Cons

Tons of work to do, need more help. Some aspects of the company are still in infancy (hr, comp/ben)

Thank you so much for your comments! We have certainly set ourselves a big goal and believe there's much to do to improve air quality, near and far. We will need a lot of help to get there, and we're glad that some of our latest additions have been in HR and other areas that will be crucial to our team as we continue to add even more great people!

Pros

- A lot of opportunities to own responsibility, put forth new ideas, and be a real part of the team. - Not a job where you'll be doing routine boring jobs, you'll be actively participating in new and meaningful tasks every single day! - The management is supportive of new ideas and understands their share of responsibility well but on the other side of spectrum you'll also have to take responsibility for your tasks.

Cons

- Not a con in itself, but being a growing startup it has a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. - Might not get handholding support sometimes though the management is always there to support you on complex challenges.
