      XpertTech is into US IT recruiting company in this I have more than 10 months experience, Some of Pros which i observed, 1. XpertTech is having Healthy & Hygienic work environment, 2. Friendly & co-operative relationship between superiors and subordinates 3. Nice pay packages 4. Good HR Polices like (Open Door Policy, Periodical Performance Appraisals, Leave Policy, Code of Conduct Etc...) 5. Monthly appreciations is one of best practices which Xperttech, Inc follows 6.
