      Pros

      Had offshore team sourcing resumes(90% of the resumes were useless) Compensation is above average.

      Cons

      Owner is clueless when it comes to staffing. The Company has an awful reputation as a "third party" which scares many candidates away. The back office is in India making it difficult to rectify all their mistakes. If you can't get a job anywhere else, go here.

      Pros

      May be good place to work for Recruiters, as they might get more commission. But worse place for contractors and employees.

      Cons

      No growing opportunities, no raise. Payment is never transparent to you (if you are contractor,employee). No respect for employees, they just want to make money out of you.
