Pros

Seen an increase in requirements since February. The flat structure (new one) helps those who are performing well and limits the ability of some to hide in the hierarchy.

Cons

Systems need to be updated. Lots of business slipping through the cracks.

The new owners, recruitment and sales team(s) have credible tenured reputations in the staffing industry. Pros

A very dynamic work environment with very smart people. The company is growing very fast which makes every day at the office different and challenging. We feels like a big family. Almost 5 years into my employment at Xperttech they encourage employees to grow and learn with the company. Decisions are made based on data and actual business impact, not ego or hype. If you're looking for a company that adopts technologies and strategies just because they're the new hotness, look elsewhere.
