      some of the management is extremely unprofessional and despicable, lie about everything and showed no respect of employees

      Pros

      get yelled at, live with fear of getting fired, doubts every moment. Its like you are in jail. when you such an environment, you feel like a criminal and lose self respect! I'd like to see how many of these new hires with so called positive reviews survive here. I was with them for SEVERAL years. Thought things would change and as there was no opportunity in Visak, India had to stay on. The US office, CEO's, Managers all made big promises but!!!

      I never seen this type of worst company in my experience. CEO is like a real estate guy he buy companies and will sell the companies. Employees never have hope on their jobs,, there is no job security in this company. If you want to join this company leave your family problems to god only,,this management never give importance to their employees even if they face any problem. Recently they fired a guy who gave best revenue to company , They didn't consider that and fired that employee because of his emergency leave on that day. Some of the employees in that company do spy work to the management.

      I just want to suggest every recruiter do go with this company, NO JOB security , No Ethics , and No moral values..
