Pros

The company has an amazing culture. It has the start-up feeling but with alot more sense of security. They really take care of their employees. The benefits are second to none. Management is very approachable and are willing to help with any question or concern that you might have. It is a great team environment. Highly recommended.

Cons

None unless you don't like working for a great company.

- Lots of autonomy to go and solve problems and create new ways of doing things - Ability to make a real difference in the company and influence within your role - Smart, passionate people united by shared values and an amazing mission - Fun, empowering environment - The best exec/management team I've ever worked with

Cons

- It's a startup so the pace and pressure at times can be very stressful - If you like lots of structure you might not enjoy this type of environment

I’ve worked at companies where I’ve gotten along with most of my coworkers, but usually because we bonded over workplace frustrations which made for a negative environment. I can honestly say that isn’t the case with FieldEdge! My team respects each other’s abilities and we genuinely enjoy working with each other. Everyone works hard to contribute to creating a quality product that we are proud of. The work is challenging but rewarding and management is truly invested in helping employees not only succeed at FieldEdge but in future career endeavors as well.

Cons

Nothing more than the typical growing pains of a company attempting to create a more scalable and efficient process. Trying to introduce a new work flow to coworkers who are use to other processes can be frustrating.
