The people in charge know what they’re doing, and they do it well. Which is honestly more than can be said for a lot of the companies I’ve worked at.

Cons

You’ll be asked to work some weekends.

I’m making more here than I have at any other job I’ve ever worked for. For that reason alone, Xpress has got my loyalty from here on out.

Cons

I don’t think I’ve been with the company long enough yet to really notice anything major. So far, it’s similar to other office environments I’ve worked in.

The company has done an amazing job this past year of always putting its employees first and doing everything it can to keep everyone on track.

Cons

This past year has been an absolute drag on productivity and morale. Our management team is awesome, but even they can’t make up for an economy-crushing pandemic.
