      Pros

      Pros : As a trucker, you’re treated well at Xpress. Management isn’t disrespectful or demanding, and they never ask anything of their employees that isn’t reasonable or achievable. You’re paid well for the work you do, and they make sure that you’re home in your own bed at the end of every day.

      Cons

      Cons : Not many, especially for a trucking company. Biggest one would be the long hours.

      Pros

      If I could give them more stars, I would. I’ve been a trucker for half my life and this is the first company I’ve worked for that cared enough to make sure all of us could go home to our families every single night. On top of that, everyone I work with is a great person inside and out and they make every minute I do spend at work enjoyable.

      Cons

      It’s not specific to Xpress, but if you’re a trucker you need to get used to working long hours.

      Pros

      The comradery amongst the drivers was very good. Not sure how it is today, but when I worked there, we were a close group of guys. I’ve built friendships that I hope will last a lifetime. Eventually moved on from the company due to circumstances that were out of my control.

      Cons

      There are zero cons on it.
