Pros

None noteworthy. Some people were really smart and nice but I think most of them have moved on since I worked there.

Cons

My time at Xsolla was short and I am glad it was. The attitude towards employees was clearly illustrated by August 2021 firing of 150 people based on 'big data' analysis which made international news (look it up, it's beyond strange). This was exacerbated by the foul language used by the company owner in his response to questions around these firings.

- Good benefits; - Rapid advancement opportunities; - Flat company culture, not a whole lot of bureaucracy - you can talk directly to anyone including CEO;

Cons

- CEO micromanages, uses fear and punishment to enforce compliance; - Overall corporate vision and goals are fuzzy from an employee perspective; - Culture of passing blame (many exceptions, though); - Process changes too rapidly to create any actual change; - HR changes can be sudden and/or opaque (layoffs, position changes, etc.);
