Management is always receptive. Executive team is very easy to talk to. Easy to take up new responsibilities. ALWAYS learning. Most people genuinely care about helping their colleagues, and their own work.

Cons

This is becoming less of an issue, but odd hours. Not uncommon to be up well into the evening and or early morning to take calls with international teams.
