Feel completely betrayed by senior management. They keep hiring VPs left and right with random job titles, then turn around and say “company’s not profitable” when it’s time for our bonuses and increments. Peanuts for us developers while they’re throwing money at executives. The audacity - right after telling us there’s no budget, they post job ads as the HIGHEST PAYING company for a data scientist role they’re hiring. Like? So there’s money for new hires and VPs but not for the people already here busting their bottoms? Makes you feel terrible as a developer. We’re the ones building the product but the budget apparently only exists for executives with overlapping roles and external talent. Zero respect for loyalty.

This employer pays globals rate for salaries to incompetent, toxic, and stupid people. Hyper political, people constantly try to remove you from your job. Culture is garbage. Core Local Departments report to random people across the globe. Company is made up of Russians, Chinese nationals, Europeans and Americans. It's a Geopolitical nightmare that never stops. The HR team is absolutely terrible. They done work, they work only to remove people after theyve hired them. Super incompetent, rude and disgustingly overpaid. There are some really toxic people that prefer things as is, because they're lazy. If you try to improve things, and that means more work - you'll lose your job. They collude to remove people. This company has cases in the labour court in double digits for unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals, etc.
