Xtream values its employes. They take extra effort to make sure you are happy. Most importantly they keep you motivated with fun and challenging projects.

I don't see any pros except the poeple out there work with such as both Directors (Zia and Riyaz)

Cons

Unstructured or Non Matrix Work Environment. I call it unstructured because you don’t have a specific project or time block to guide your employees and help you decide what to work on.
