Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately we have to let go of our bottom 10% as our new CEO believes in constantly improving the people we have. Its never a pleasant experience for the employees or the employers, however they were given more than sufficient time to step up and show results. We have a very diverse culture with employees from different backgrounds.
Founders fought for shares and lead to the destruction 70 employees!
They followed a process less framework. No rules nothing. Never respect the seniors at all,I seriously didn't know how stupidly survive till now!
I like Xtream because of the following reasons.
Gives employees an opportunity to present their ideas and thinks well how to allot people into different projects. Doesn't fire people if someone comes on bench. Has a flat organisational structure.
Best work environment.
Excellent learning experience.
Great career opportunities
Cons
More projects to keep all very busy :)
working towards improvement - 100 marks to the teams.
