      A company that walks the talk - mission focused, good for people, planet and profit

      Pros

      The team is phenomenal, with high energy, eagerness to deliver quality solutions, and given the ability to experiment and fail. Management is supportive and the workload is manageable, with excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      A large amount of M&A activity have made it seem a bit disjointed at times, but Xylem is getting better and better at integrating companies into the fold.
