      Pros

      Being able to learn my job by taking the initiative myself not because management helped me.

      Cons

      Management gets real scared when you know more about the business than they do. You are in trouble then. If they feel you know more than they do and input your opinion, you are done.

      Nice co-workers and the hours are flexible

      Cons

      Terrible management, with equally terrible pay. I have worked here almost ten years and my salary has increased minimally. No room for advancement, I don't care what the job descriptions say, you will not move up! The benefits are horrible and you will actually take a pay cut to afford the deductibles.

      Pros

      Good quality product and brand identity. Ahead of competition in terms of product innovation and design efficiency. Some really dedicated and sharp people work here. Lots of opportunity to make an impact if you can get traction.

      Cons

      Sizeable turnover in last 4 years across many departments has created talent/skills vacuum. Several key middle and upper management roles have changed hands and this has led to inconsistent goals and priorities. Company is painfully slow to backfill any vacated position and this impacts morale. Dysfunctional S&OP process due to lack of executive sponsorship.
