Where to start.... No onboarding training at all... Manager was way to flippant.. we take it easy of Fridays and was literally booking tee times Assignments were all over the place... no follow throughs i.e. would start a project and before any progress made. on to the next one Unrealistic goals.. so much of my job was depended upon other people doing work . Zoom meeting with dogs barking Asked me to fill out a review but was his only subornative so if I said something bad, he would know it was me. Took business casual too casual. Has no business being a manger; way to over the place No clear set schedule on the "hybrid" model There would have been no place for to go anyways. Manger hung me out to dry on a major presentation..
