      Bad Company with layoffs happening and non stop work

      Company used to be good under old management for software engineering team

      Cons

      Extremely stressful and non stop work and tight deadlines very inflexible, office based culture with 0 flexibility given layoffs happening right now poor compensation package, lower than market rate yet lay offs happening very lean team hence workload very high very slow career progression join company at your risk, be expected to be laid off once they restructure team again looks like Singapore engineering team can proceed to shut down with not many projects coming in and management uncertain of the future beyond 2023
