      Pros

      The company provides a good and safe work place. They strive to make changes and improvements to the processes consistently. They don't always work at the beginning but there are many good people trying to make the company a better and more efficient place to work. Good benefits and on site cafeteria.

      Cons

      There is production to be done. A company has to produce no matter what the product is. Some times there is some stress to get things done. I really don't think that it is any different from any other place.

      Office is clean, most of the folks there are up front and kind.

      Cons

      The Manager is not a good leader. The schedules are unrealistic. There is a click you can't get into.
