      Pros

      The company is mission driven. We have unlimited paid time off and the hours are flexible. The team focuses on getting things done. Training is available is keep us update to date technically. We are also encourage to volunteer in our community.

      Pay and benefits are just okay.

      Poor senior management for many years as only promoted internally, no ongoing investment was evident.
