      Flexible hours, good learning opportunities, excellent co-workers

      Cons

      Health insurance is not good. Politics going on in upper management. A large amount of work with little resources. You might be tasked with doing a job you weren't hired for, but you have to suck it up and do whatever it takes to finish. Outdated and cramped office.

      Cons

      Treatment division filled with demotivating and demoralising leaders and managers. No processes and emphasis on training. Bad apples in management positions screwing up the organisation.
