Pros

A big company, so, you can hang around there without particular purpose, and create you own jobs, force others to make you important.

Cons

So much redundant, So much politics and propaganda. See the posting on the hallway "See something, Tell something. We live on integrity." Haven't I seen that somewhere, too? CEO twits daily digest to your email. Not enough? Then he creates whole company Facebook. Many people live on there to advertise their personal promotion. HR will not help you more than their trouble, as the boss was fired. Minimal holiday, Your are advised to give up remaining vacation time at the end of the year that does not carry over. Payment is very very low. Often hire and lay off cycle, Finally, you should assume that you are paying all for your medical expanses.
