      Well good worklife balance Offices at both sites are good

      Cons

      Internal process is manual HR resist to implement new things Management team is not visionory Roles and responsibilities are quite unclear Management are quite slow Basically it provides services to foreign Xylem Customer Increment is also not good Salaries are not betchmarked
