      Pros

      Work-Life balance is there. Relaxed work environment. Managers, Tech leads, Seniors are understanding and easily approachable, no big hierarchical order in between. Work From Home option makes life easy. Bangalore Office has PS4, foosball table, carrom board, football team, etc and one can easily find some time to relax playing these. On-site opportunities are there. US and Europe are the major sites.

      Cons

      IT,Finance & HR process needs improvement. Takes too much time to recruit new hires. Not very tech savvy, still uses pretty old technologies & frameworks to support legacy products.

      Pros

      Actually employed by sensus (a xylem brand). Great work life balance, great coworkers, and challenging work.

      Cons

      There is some tension between groups that is getting worked out. It's not awful, but there is definitely work to be done to abusive a "same team" mindset.
