Decent benefits, great 401k matching, decent work life balance at the branch level,

Cons

Insurance plans are awful, communication is terrible, non existent training program, poor leadership all the way to the top. Runs way too lean for anything to be done right. Corporate anything takes at least three tries to get what you need. HR is non existent or invisible. Onboarding is a nightmare.
