      Lack of growth if located outside of corporate office (New Jersey). Requires travel and significant availability outside of normal working hours.

      There is new work culture in Xylem Morton Grove. Young Managers pushes a lot of industry standard metrics very hard.

      With outdated business systems and processes, it puts a lot stresses on the employees keeping up with metrics and goals.
