      Plenty of over time great place to work fun people to work with great management pay isn't to bad wish it was more

      Work gets boring samething day in day out. Sometimes no days off makes the days drag but overtime money is nice

      I cannot think of anything good to say about Godwin.

      Cons

      Depends on your direct manager but there is zero trust from upper management or home office that any branch level employee can or will do their job correctly. False culture of "family first."
